Quatro-moon

We just returned from celebrating our 4th anniversary with a "Quatromoon" weekend in Breckenridge. Some friends hooked us up with their BOOYAH mountain cabin and this was our view of the ski slopes from the deck. We did no homework, no email, no phone calls...and we reluctantly returned home hoping we can make it a more regular habit to get away together. One of the highlights of the weekend was watching the video of our wedding (thx Cory Cavin) and remembering how awesome our friends and family were/are to us. If anything, I left this weekend with a deeper sense of thankfulness and gratitude...for my wife, my friends, my family, my freedom, and for the undeserved love that God showers upon us. It was a great way to begin to prepare for this season of "thanksgiving." Psalm 118:28-29, "You are my God, and I will give you thanks;you are my God,and I will exalt you. Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; his love endures forever."

Happy late anniversary Hills! Your pic from Breckenridge makes me miss Colorado so badly! It almost compares to the view I'm hoping to have Tuesday night at the Dean Dome vs UK! Hey, just thought I'd request you include my blog on your list (it's actually for the program where I'm working)

Thanks! See ya at Christmas

gosh, i can't believe 4 years ago i was baking desserts for your wedding! that was one of the most memorable weddings i've ever been to and the reason why is because you guys didn't care about the fluffy stuff, it was always about what mattered, and your family and friends. love to you guys!!!
