The Gift of a Minivan

For the past 11 years I have driven a sweet 95 Toyota Camry. At the ripe age of 15, the Hill-mobile has 250,000 miles, less than half of the original paint job, and isn't exactly "cool" since it has no AC.  The lack of AC wasn't much of a problem in Colorado, but being back in the south is a different story. There's nothing like carting a 1 yr old around in a car thats 110 degrees.  While the Camry was dying a slow death, we were wondering how we were going to pay back school loans and get a new vehicle.

The week we moved back to NC, we were blown away by the generosity of some friends who GAVE us their 1999 Chrysler Town and Country Minivan.  It is amazing and has already been a huge blessing transporting us to the beach last week.  We are so grateful and constantly reminded of God's provision!   Thanks again Linda and Tim!  Honey Cate loves her new ride!

Now that we drive a minivan, I feel more than ever like an official dad.  This video is pretty hilarious, it's called the "Dad Life."  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fZa7hU6tP_s
