A Visit from Blash

My brother Blake and sis-in-law Ash came to visit us last weekend. We thought they wanted to hang out with Nat and I, but later discovered their true motives were merely that they wanted to love on their new niece. Blake and Ashley, or Blash, are expecting a little cousin for Honey Cate on Dec. 28th. His name is Kessler and we're thankful to be home over Christmas when he arrives! This pic below is of us at the Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs. We didn't intentionally color coordinate. Blake has a sweet camera that takes pics like this:

 

It was Ashley's bday when they visited so Honey Cate wore her special "Happy Bday Aunt Ash T-shirt."

 

 

Blake also gave HC her first shoulder ride, first flip, and he claims she took her first step with him slightly holding her. Silly Uncle Blake.

 

Honey Cate is so thankful that they came to visit and can't wait to meet her other Aunt Su and Uncle Nate over Thanksgiving!
